Brand Definition

Many organisations own valuable (or potentially valuable) brands, but haven’t been able to pin down exactly what their brand stands for. We can deliver this clarity, and then develop the strategy that will enable you to further develop and expand your branded property.

Brand Re-Launch or Brand Re-Positioning

Brands often become ‘tired’, or fall away from public notice. Sometimes this is due to a lack of marketing investment; sometimes it is a consequence of their original role or market positioning being less relevant or attractive. We can identify ways to revive a brand, or to re-position it, to give it more appeal in the marketplace, and then develop the identity, packaging and supporting materials to re-launch the brand.

Brand Franchise Development

Even if a Brand Strategy has been defined it is not always clear how best to build its franchise to extend its product range or service offering, or to extend it into fresh markets. Why is it that the things that should be so simple are often the most difficult? Coming up with a name for a new brand sounds like a pretty easy task, yet it can often cause angst, argument and frustration. How do you uncover that magical brand name that perfectly captures all that you want your new product or service to stand for?

We find that using a structured process can help, although it does need to be combined with some agile creative minds.
