James’s working background combines the creative arts (ask him about Paddington Bear, or early Phil Collins videos), the commercial world, notably with Proctor & Gamble, and brand development and communications.

He has extensive experience in developing creative strategies and brand communications programmes for a range of businesses and organisations including Jet2.com, The English Provender Company, Midland Mainline, GNER and FMCG brands such as Pampers, Lenor, Ariel, Shippams and Napolina.

James is responsible for the shaping of the creative output of The Brand Nursery - he has a real passion for big branding ideas that can make a real difference.

James’s own commitment to brands is generally evident to anyone who meets him - he has the world’s largest collection of luggage, and changes his glasses as frequently as some people change their underwear.
